HI!

I was having the horrible problem of the game freezing with any attempt to do anything in the campaign game - after a few minutes something might move but it makes the whole thing quite impossible to play

I can run the game it seems with the fps in the options set to 8 which is good, however ....

a big problem is that as soon as i can complete a tactical battle the game crashes to the main menu screen and is frozen, i can alt f4 it to make it functional but i cant actually go back to the game i was doing

please help!

well i couldnt find any other references in the forums to a fix (even after doing a search for napoleon in italy and looking in its forum) but someone has kindly given me this link tm.asp?m=2405588 which gives information on which compatibility settings to use. I thought i had tried them all but this works and stops the game crashing aft eht etactical battles which is great
