Hi all, just starting a 3.2 PBEM game, and was wondering if anyone knew for certain the Blizzard rules for the 41 campaign. ie, where are axis units safe from attrition. (rules stated cities, and west of a certain line of hexes, but in practice that wasnt the case in earlier versions) and when do axis units take losses? on march moves, plot moves, rail moves?
