No hero photos?

Sorry, noob question, here. I have PC 1.20 and AC. Everything good. Am playing the original Axis tutorial. When I look at history of my units who have gained skill, I'll get a +1 initiative in what looks to be a photo box, but no face. Not sure if this is a known issue - certainly not a big deal. Just curious. Thanks [:)]

Is this happening just with heroes gained during the tutorial?

I will start a regular game and let you know, VP. No one else has noticed, so probably just in the tutorial. Also, thanks for the new sound mod [;)]
