Gentlemen,

I'm starting work on a scenario modeling the battle for the Nijmegen bridges during Market-Garden. Several of the German companies involved in the battle were Ersatz training battalions. Could someone refresh my memory and discuss how lower quality German troops have been modeled in other scenarios? Specific stats would make my day, but general info. would also be very helpful!

You can set their experience and morale under 70. They not only won't hit much, but will break easily. The really green ones will be under 60.

If I were attempting to model 2d line German troops, I would do very similar to REMF's suggestion.
