Hi -

I purchased SOW Brandy Station and I am having trouble registering my serial number with Matrix as I have with all my previous purchases. When I attempt to do so, I get an error message saying the key is already used.
I have my confirmation emails and purchase receipt.
I attempted to post a message through the helpdesk ticket and it would not let me post anything.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hmmm if i'm signed into the members area when i purchase, it registers my game automatically. Check your game list to be sure its not there already.

Checked my registered games and it doesn't show up.
It won't let me register the game either.

well it was a thought. Guess it's support ticket time.

Can a mod or Matrix representative please contact me?
I have tried to fill out the help ticket but it will not let me enter any text and submit the help request.

Are you using IE9 or IE10? Please try turning the IE compatibility mode on. This usually fixes the entering text error.

Regarding the registration issue we are investigating it and hopefully we will have a fix soon.

What browser are you using? Have you tried using a different web browser?

Thanks for the help. Still unable to register the serial # but I was able to send a helpdesk submission with the recommended changes.

Probably the serial registration issue will only be fixed during Monday.

I now have this exact same issue. Using Google Chrome browser.

Our web admins are still trying to fix it.
