How to go about getting another download.

In a fit of anger the other night the Girlfriend made me uninstall my game. But I am defying her and I wish to download it again but for some reason Matrix support and plimus support are giving me no replies. Any way I can get a speedier response or another copy of the game?

My wife embraces the game as something I love and my hobby. She even asks how my turns went. She wants to know if I am "winning" after every turn. I tried to explain that it's not that simple but she just defines it as am I blowing up more stuff than I'm losing. See - the good ones are out there[&o]

I seriously thought about it. But it won't solve the problem of how to get my game back lol

If you registered the game you should be able to download it again.

I have same problem what about this customers that buyed game and had download link from Digital River ?

If you still have your serial number...but I think d/l is valid for 1 yr..that's why I backup.

and to be on the safe side, I backup the disk backup on an offline drive and save another copy on a thumbdrive.
