Is the 100 stack point max for optimum battle results hard coded? Or can it be changed?

It is a rulevar, and can be changed.

Found it, I assumed I needed to change the per hex side amount also?

My units tend to be 100 to 170 stack points. I like them built the way they are as I can not find a happy medium under 100. Hell Infantry get weak under 100 unless you like your infantry looking like Mortar units. And since I don't know how to change the weight for determining the icon on the unit. This is easier.
It will in the end aid the AI also as it tends to mass way more then 100 in its units too.
