I created some midget submarines and after a few turns realized that was pointless and returned them to the pool.

After that I noticed that, although on ships available screen the expected Navy points is less than the production, each turn the Navy points is going down by 12 for each midget sub. Tracker shows the same thing.

Are midget subs returned to the pool supposed to require to be rebuilt?

If they are, then should the ship availability screen include that cost in its calculations shown?

Using latest beta 1.7.11.23m

A change has been made in next beta that may clarify this. Once built, the small craft should just be delayed once added back to the pool. The code couldn't distinguish between first-time building and later 'building'.

Are you sure about those numbers? 12 is pretty excessive.
That is more, than DD. I would expect them to use 1 point, not 12.

Yes, see excerpt from tracker below, also shows some MTB doing the same thing but it was so small that I didn't notice. Fortunately, Michael has addressed in latest patch.

some of the PB are 9 points i think this to much aswell, a lot of DD are around 6 points.
