Not a bug I have problem loading the game to Computer

Not sure why but my auto run is not working and when I click on the command to load the game to the computer ( from the disk) it says running and nothing happens.
I have windows 7. It is happening with Forge of Freedom too so it is something on my computer, am just hoping someone can steer me in the right direction.
