I've tried the tutorial and the manual. How do you get these to a unit?

You cannot move nor be next to an enemy unit. You can click on the far right hand side of the row, fuel for example, and it will fill up to where you click. Then you click Refit. Next turn you can move and fight normally. If you want to max out everything, including adding back lost strength to a unit you can click on the Max button which maxes out all fuel and ammo plus your strength up to the amount of resources you have available. Then you can click on Refit if you are willing to pay the cost located next to the Refit button..

In the tutorial to get fuel and ammo to a unit, you need to click on the "bullets" and "gas cans" symbols in the unit window that comes on when you left-click on the unit. After choosing how many bullets and can symbols, you click "refit."
You're right, that it's not explained anywhere. For me, it was just "trial and error."

Hello,
we took a look at the Tutorial and agree, that the text which is hinting this lacks information. Thanks for reporting.
It will be more precise in the next version.

Hmm, yes, we missed that it wasn't mentioned in the manual specifically what needed to be done. I can see that it might be confusing.

Hi Jim,
We'll make sure that's more clear in the tutorial, thanks for the feedback.

One further clarification: When I give the unit 5 fuel and 1 ammo, then hit "Refit", I get white rows clear across. What does a complete white row mean?

Hello,
a complete row of White fuel/strength/ammo symbols in the panel means the unit has the maximum amount of those.
If there are red ones it means the unit does not have the maximum possible and you have enough resources to resupply it to that amount.
Grey ones mean the unit lacks the item and it can't be resupplied currently (due to lack of resources or Action Points).

Hello,
you are welcome. And it was important to see you struggle with this, as we are so used to the system, that we forgot to explain it in detail. This will be improved in the next version.

Although the tutorial and manual need some revision, the help here has been great. I'm reviewing this game and, with beginning gamers in mind, I always comment on how one gets into the mechanics.
