Any idea where I can place ToSv14.exe for download.
www.sarna.net did close its file archive.

I'd be glad to put it on my work server. I've just downloaded it from http://www.gamezworld.de/download.php?ID=88
and have put it at
ftp://library.southern.edu/ToSv14.exe

If you find this server too slow (I'm in the process of replacing it with a much faster one), or prefer that another mirror be used, let me know and I'll remove it.

Thanks ! How many download can you handle a day without exceeding providers bandwith restrictions ? Or aren't there any at your site ?

Its on a university network, and there are currently no restrictions on bandwidth or number of users downloading. I may have to put some restrictions in place if I notice that its being downloaded by more than a couple of people at the same time.

Its been downloaded 25 times since I posted the above message, and there are about 5 partial downloads.

On the www.titansofsteel.de download page, there is a Game Mechanics Guide (zipped DOC format) that was also on sarna.net as well as the Finnish manual. You may want to make those available on www.titansofsteel.de with the other manuals, or I can mirror those as well. I think I have the tosguide.zip somewhere. Please let me know.

By the way... Someone here on the forum says they have an updated manual on their local computer. You may want to ask them to make it available for everyone to download. I can help mirror that also if needed.

Great ! I'm providing the guide and the finnish manual at my site again. It was the big game download which killed my budget.

Be prepared to handle about 150 downloads a day, thats about 1GB.

Larkin, I'm sorry to report that my University Information Systems Dept. noticed that my server's traffic went from 170meg to 550meg transfers today and they want that file removed.

I'm sorry, but I have to remove it from my server.

Anyone else able to mirror it?

I had no idea that it was such a popular download. I just wish that at least 10% of those that downloaded it would get hooked enough to play regularly and join this forum.

Thanks, Iceman! I had a *real* slow connection that day and couldn't take the time to read through the older messages to find your name.

So, is the 'new' 1.4 with new manuals available for download anywhere?
