HUD4 v1.2

Hi gents,
A quick message to let you know that HUD4 has been updated to its new standards. Many bugs are now squashed, and after a long period dedicated to data conversion, it's now time to add extra platforms. Latest additions include the SS-27 Sickle (Topol-M), RS-24 Yars, a few aircrafts and land structures.
