version 1.3 - I'm playing entente finally WINNING and the game freezes on the opponents turn - the screen just stops at 'executing naval manauvers'. No error message or crash - any way to recover this game???

We should be able to fix your game yes, just please attach your savegames (and autosave.ctgw and autosaveendturn.ctgw)

I am having the exact same problem as the Entante player only I made it to turn 58.

I hope you guys can unstick us. It's too scarey to start the war over again not knowing if we can play it through. Thanks for your efforts.

Hi!

I attached a zip archive containing two files that you should unpack to <your game folder folder>/data/Scripts/game/. Overwrite old files.

That should fix the issue. Let me know if it works for you .

I made the changes to the files and finally got through my turn 58 . . . 3 1/2 hours later.

@amspencer: Do you mean that your turn 58 by AI took 3 and a half hour to finish?

Yes. It took the AI just over 3 1/2 hours to contemplate its turn.

I am trying to reproduce your problem with the save file you provided earlier in this thread and I will let you know when the fix is ready.

I have a quick fix for your problem amspencer. It seems to be a little different bug than one posted by the OP, although it manifests similarly.

Unpack contents of the archive in the attachment to /data/Scripts/AI/ (one file). This should speed things up a little while we are working on proper fix for this bug.

To any other players out there - do you also experience such problems? If yes, please provide your savegames, so we can isolate the bug effectively.

That fix seems to be working!!&nbsp; [:)]&nbsp; AI took about 3 minutes this time vs. 3 1/2 hours yesterday.&nbsp; Once again thanks for your efforts.&nbsp; I will let you know if the problem appears again.&nbsp; Cheers
