New Fort / Soft Factor Compatible Counters

Someone mentioned a while back that they'd like counters which allow you to see the soft factors when the fort levels are shown. Here are mine which move the soft factors to the bottom left hand corner - but please note that this also includes new symbols for Security Units, Fortified Areas and AA Units.
