Hey, thanks a lot for doing this. I am very happy indeed to play hypothetical/fictional scenarios and so will give them a go. I'm very interested in designing scenarios this way myself so I might take a look at your work too for some pointers.

Thanks for these.
I play(ed) Tacops which were all hypothetical. (quite similar games really).
So a good balanced scenario is just as much fun.

Your very welcome Fascist Dog....and Agent S.....my pleasure...I decided to create some fictional scenarios because it is much less work than doing all the research required for making historical maps and scenarios. Also it is my hope to create scenarios which are balanced well enough to provide some uncertainty about whether or not I will win or lose a scenario.Historical scenarios can sometimes have very predictable outcomes...As a scenario designer I really like to lose a scenario I have created the first time I play it.Then I know I have to go back and play it again and try to win...If that makes any sense.

Great stuff, Sweeteye. I will download and try them. Second map looks really great, to me. Many thanks.

Yes ,I Kind of like the second map the best also... as far as the scenarios go I like the second one with the British the most, though the first scenario is probably harder to win as the allies...not sure if it is even possible....makes me think the scenario needs tweeked again.Going to work on a couple of more maps and scenarios involving the French,Netherlands, and Belgium,as well as the Polish.I really want well balanced scenarios and I still have some learning to do in order to accomplish this goal. There are so many possibilities when it comes to setting up the OOB's as well as the victory conditions.

This is great, thanks Sweeteye [:)]
I've not had time to play it yet, but looking forward to doing so...soon, I hope [;)]

Thank you for these Sweeteye. But I was only able to play the second scenario, because every time I use LOS tool in the first scenario, I get CTD. Second scenario was great. Good for practicing delay order as the allies.

Thanks .....I will have to try the LOS tool and see if it happens to me..... Not sure what would make it cause a crash.............................

It certainly does cause a crash for me also//////....I will try re saving the map and scenario and try to work out the bug....Thanks for informing me of this problem......Second scenario appears to be OK.......

Ok.....I believe I have resolved the problem by re saving the map and scenario.....No CTD now when using the LOS tool.....I will repost the fixed map and scenario.....There are several people who may wish to replace the old files with the new ones.....Thanks again 82charlie......

Thank you. In the old days, I'd ask where you lived in Ohio for some hotseat play [;)
(I live near Akron)

We are fairly close.....I live in Salem......I certainly miss playing the table top board games..Only one I have left is Avalon Hills' Battle of the Bulge....Almost forgot I also have a board game called Summer Storm....it is American Civil War Gettysburg...Never have played it....

Thanks for creating a sharing these.
I have been working on a Mao of the Arracourt region, but have had to set it aside for a bit

Sure thing Major SNAFU.....I know what you mean about putting things aside....Happens easily..I have been meaning to make a couple more scenarios involving France,Poland, etc. ...have been sidetracked trying to learn C++ programming so I can design my own wargame....progress is very slow for me without having a formal education in programming...Sometimes I think I would be better off just working with BFTB....It is such a great program....[:)]
