I'm lost concerning air unit fuel. I just flew a bomber unit all over the map for 12 turns of the first A-A scenario, and never had a fuel issue. Never had to refuel, I mean.

Can someone explain it please. TIA.

Fuel is never an issue for aircraft. The only limitation is ammo. You must return to an airfield to rearm. The short range per turn is another limitation.
