Just bought JT CS Matrix edition. Through the use of creative art the PDF manual is an unreadable mess. Is there any way to get this manual in plain black and white with sequential pages? I'm sure it must have existed that way at some point.

I already shelled out $20.00 for the conversion software from adobe. Which is very prominently displayed when one opens the manual. But it don't work and the guy on adobe support chat does not know how to make it work either.

What OS are you using? I don't know if that is the problem, but I don't have any problem at all viewing the manual in Windows 7.

From the start menu there is a manual and a manual printer friendly version. Did you try them both?

Win 7 here too. Its just I have a lot of trouble with the letters sort of fading into the shaded back ground. I am having cataract surgery pretty soon so my eyesight is not the best. But I have always hated artsy computer game manuals with shaded backgrounds.

I'm not finding it. I looked under Documentation and Extras. Is it maybe part of a patch?

From start>programs>john tillers campaign series>documentation mine shows Campaign Series Game Manual (printer friendly)

When opened it is CS-Manual-[Light]

If you start up your game and start any battle, from the Help dropdown, select About JTCS. It should show version 1.04

Ok it showed up after I patched to 1.04
