Question about membership

I'm just curious, what's the difference between a member, and a junior member? I've looked in the FAQ, but it just explains the Moderator.
You become a member after you have posted "x" number of entries in the forum. I believe you automatically become a member after you have posted about 30 entries? Could someone clarify the exact number?
