in your savegames you did not reach the neccessary killed strength points. So the loss is justified.

The trouble was that destroyed artillery strength did not add to the result so it was very hard to reach the lowest victory if you were on the winning side early. Ohterwise reinforcments of other types could compansate this. Anyway this was a bug and it will be removed in next version - thanks for reporting.
