Where can I download the excel editor for WIR and updated icons? Noticed the older sites that carried the mods are no longer active.

Seems to me my old Excel editors were there. WitPExcel and WiRExcel. They haven't been updated in many years though. In fact, I don't think Rich Dionne was part of the official project at that time. He made the original excel editor for PacWar and I just expanded upon it. I don't have the WiRExcel on this computer and I am not sure that it is on my broken computer either, so I can be of no help. Good luck.
