Ageod’s (www.ageod.com ) Civil War II will soon available to Civil War enthusiasts around the world but it’s also a great game for any wargamer who wants to test his skills in this impressive grand strategy game.

The game covers the entire USA, from the Eastern seaboard to the Rockies, from 1861 to 1865. It also stretches to Mexico and the Northern Caribbean. There are 5 main scenarios from the battle of Shiloh all the way up to the Grand Campaign. An in depth AAR details the Shiloh campaign with screenshots here.

The map is divided into more than 3,000 regions, which contain a variety of terrain, climates and civil development level. We are releasing a special pack of screenshots from the game, so that you can get a better idea of what is going to strike on your PC! You can download the .zip file from HERE.

Hello Philkian,

but graphic changes what is really different from the previous title?

Logistic: it will be improved or semplified?
Orders: it will be possibile give more detailed orders in a row or only one order per turn? (I mean move and attack, then wait for severals days, then move again with a different posture, etc.)
Amphibious attack: how it will be handle?
Combat: it will be like AJE?
Recruitment: can I choice where a new unit will be build?

Thanks in advance

Another question about PBEM, in the previous title was possible to cheat (easily) without a third player that hosts the game, is the PBEM system improved?
