Matrix Games Forums

As I play AE the Desktop will suddenly take over the screen. I have a Toshiba laptop with an AMD 8 quad core with a Radeon graphics card. This usually last for just a few seconds but sometimes up to a minute. Very annoying. Here are the properties I am using:

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\Beta2\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe" -dd_sw -cpu4 -SingleCpuOrders -multiaudio -deepColor -dd_sw -altFont -f

Any thoughts?

Sometimes I have similar problem. with me it was background program that was running.[:)]

I close all background programs, which does help.
