Red October Map with Battle Damage

Here's a Red October battle map that has some changes made to it and some battle damage added.

This map is somewhat based upon a German map of Stalingrad at the time and is reasonably accurate although I focused more on mapping technique than to-scale accuracy.

Once the details are worked out, it will be on to a more accurate map.

The only major change I am thinking of to this version of the map is to make the slag pile impassible..... that was a great suggestion, Fradar! ;-)

If any of you decide to create a scenario from this map, I strongly recommend placing a tank obstacle in every building hex that a tank or h/t should not be able to pass through.

Gee Redleg - good map can I borrow it and add a battle to the Stalingrad campaign being updated?

As it is now - the updated Stalingrad Campaign has 7 new battles added and one more would not hurt :D

Those of you who have played it - will not reocognize it ;)

Yes - this was a shameless plug

If there is anything that will entice me to play a campaign, it will your Stalingrad campaign.

You are welcome to use the map I posted in any way you choose. That is why I posted it. I was hoping someone might teach me how to make a Stalingrad battle! <g>
