Slitherine Issue ?

I have tried to load 1941 - 1945 Bozo_the _Clown Axis vs Marquo multiple times but it repeatedly crashes during loading after reading; it worked fine earlier today. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am using the latest patch which I reinstalled to no avail.

I changed my Slitherine password and now I am getting a Login Failure (8) message. How can I remedy this (which is a problem subsequent to the issue I mentioned above).

I had exactly the same problem tow days ago.
I changed my password and the new one didn't work. I changed it again and the second one was ok.
But now I can't loggin in the slitherine forum.

I think you might have to contact Slitherine support directly. But I don't think they work on the weekend. You might have to wait till Monday.
It's weird. I've never encountered a single problem with the server ever.

The server questions are something that Slitherine/Matrix support will have to help on. I do suggest contacting Slitherine support (and/or you can try logging a Matrix support issue). Unfortunately, Erik is unavailable for the next week, so it's unlikely he will be able to help you out in the near term.

Hi Marquo,
If you have any issue with the login, you can send an email to info(at)slitherine.co.uk, with your login name and they'll easily restore your account.
About the PBEM issue, did the game load up with the scenario and then crashed or it stopped while downloading your turn?

I successfully the saved the game several times mid-turn, and then after another save, when I tried to reload to continue playing, the screen read, "Reading" and then while it was reading "Loading" it crashed. I reinstalled the patched - no avail, and then changed my login, and now it reads, "Login Error."
