Hello,

i try to use MMCCIII in solo game.
I can start the server and the client so java works.
When i try to connect i have the following message.

"Failed to get the message of the day....
Bad version Exception.
Bad message version MMCC3 probably needs to be updated..."

It's raised on ClientConnector.getMod call.

Client version is 1.04s (sounds to be the latest)
Server version is 1.03r (is there any one more recent?)

I am under Windows 8 64

any help appreciated.

Self support completed.

I deleted the player.dat file and recreate a new one.
Probably some mess between single player version and online version of the client.

Glad you were able to resolve the problem, zeduncan. I usually check the forums about once a day, so it can be 24 hours before I respond.

What about the on-line servers?
