I have just got in from work and have been greeted with a Forum Announcement. Said announcement states that Matrix suffered a serious hardware failure, as a result of which posts from the last 24 hours have been lost.. for good.

Matrix this is simply not good enough! Whilst the vast majority of posts are of no use or interest to man nor beast (e.g. Chickenboy’s childish verbiage), I am sure that every single frequenter of the Matrix Forums to a man (and woman) will agree that my posts – every single one – are a masterpiece - to be savoured over if you will - as one would a fine wine.

Matrix I entrusted my writings to you on the basis that they will be treated with the appropriate care and thus they will be available for future generations to marvel over. But what do I find? No back –up, no contingency, nothing……

And so my posts from the last 24 hours are gone forever. Alas… the world has become a poorer, a more empty place.

I trust a suitable compensation cheque is in the post.

I knew I wasn't going crazy. I knew there were posts missing. I had posted a few links to some songs in the music thread... now all gone bye-bye. Good thing I decided not to post my thesis on free energy for the masses. That would have been a real bummer to lose to the ether. [;)]

If you had posted it, the Black Helicopters would already be in the air.

As a result of Matrix ingenious maneuver that resulted in the decisive destruction of Silly Warspite2-Newblettes evil scriptures, I applaud their destruction here as much as I will when HMS Warspite goes to the Bottom-in-Flames. [:'(]

What Big Brother broke down for a 24 hour period? Unheard of! cALL out the national guard.

I of course have no idea what is causing you angst and a night of such godawful proportions. I do know however, that it can be nothing compared to the sense of anger, hurt and betrayal I am wrestling with and caused by the wanton actions of Matrix.

I am truly feeling somewhat vexatious of the spirit [:(]

Warspite, I had to visit my doctor to get prescriptions for anxiety and depression due to the loss of your world changing posts being flushed. Oh the humanity...I need another Xanax.

With all the hardware explosions, mudslides, shootouts, and angry internet marks, I think this qualifies as the song of the day...

For those that don't live in the US, there were major storms that took place in Colorado.

With flooding, loss of life, and major property destruction.
Parts of the state are declared a national disaster area and are receiving national assistance.

Hey warspite1, really sorry to hear about your loss. Whilst in London on the Lingerie shoot for the Jaguars I have been following your posts avidly - wow W1 you really rock!
