Will the patches downloaded through Matrix be ZIP or RAR?

We expect to release them as part of our normal update process as installers, including through our auto-update system.

Thanks for the reply. The auto update will not work for me. I think it's a Verizon issue. Both you and your tech support tried to help me with this over a year ago. I don't have the software installed to open RAR patches. I always have to download updates to my desktop and if it's not in ZIP form it won't open, hence my question.

You can use 7zip, it's free and will open most of the file compress formats.
