Civil War II is not optimized for performance

Civil War II is not performance optimized - at least not for my PC. [:(]

• I own AGEOD games in which the armies glide elegantly over the map during the AI
phase.
In Civil War II, they almost beam from place to place. Very ugly to watch!
• The scrolling (scrolling by mouse left click to move the map) is much too fast and hard to control.
• 'Focus on Move' is too short.
• 'Battle Animation' is too fast/short.
• While the AI phase, the flags flutter much too hectic. Very ugly to watch and visual very irritaiting!
• Music volume can not be isolated adjusted.

Did you not adjust all of the settings right off of the bat in the options screen?

Before I can find my way on my screen, already the next event starts.

It is not pleasant to watch the AI phase.
Most things goes: wusch-wusch-wusch. [:@]
