Siege artillery art missing

Union mortar icons are empty blue boxes. They have their stats in the box, but the art icon is missing. Haven't checked as the South yet.
Anyone else have this problem?

I assume the patch also includes fix for not being able to buy siege artillery. Because of missing artwork, no representation of cost to buy siege artillery, nor ability to buy and place.
