Adding Scenario Description

I have forgotten how to add the scenario description into a Mod so it comes up when one double clicks the Scenario. I have done this before but am suffering brain cramps...

It looks like the descriptions are just text files (I suppose one for each side).

In fact, I see 7 text files per scenario when I look in the scenario folder.
Scen###.txt
NHistory###.txt
NDetail###.txt
JHistory###.txt
JDetail###.txt
AHistory###.txt
ADetail###.txt
Scen###.txt
NHistory###.txt
NDetail###.txt
JHistory###.txt
JDetail###.txt
AHistory###.txt
