I'm trying to install the game, i played the beta so i know i can run it.

All is well until it actually starts to install. it runs ok for a few seconds, then changes to a smaller window, freezes for 2 minutes then comes up its not responding. Ive re downloaded it once and tried it several times and restarted my PC all to no avail

Any ideas?

Sorry you are having problems. Are you unzipping the file before you try and run the installer? This might help. Let us know exactly what you are doing and we'll work out how to get you running.

ok, having left it to run it installs but now wont launch. i'm getting an error message. Ive spent 20 minutes trying to upload a screenshot on here, i can only save it as png and the forum doesnt like that. So ill upload it to my facebook and get it off their

Did you allow DirectX and .NET to install or did you uncheck them in the installer?

yes, ive also reinstalled it and done everything its asked me to including restart. ive tried to do it to the letter.

Have you tried to install DirectX and .NET manually from the /PreRequisites sub-folder of your installation folder?

ok, installed them manually, now works fine.
