I am new to the game and learning as I go. I noticed that the message log time of event does not match the cursor time.

example the cursor time states 4:31pm while a torp in the water shows at 2:35am. Is this a bug?

The mouse datablock is local time (to where the mouse is pointed) and the message log time is GMT and should match whats at the top of the display.
