PBEM Courtesy

Thank you to my esteemed opponent (noel60) for going above and beyond in our PBEM game, letting me know that you would be unable to complete a turn in our current game for a week by email/forum message. [:)]
I have now experienced the flip side of that PBEM courtesy with another (unnamed) opponent who led me to beleive that there had been a server error when our first PBEM game was suddenly a different scenario than the one we were playing. Now that it has occured a second time, I have concluded that you would prefer to have this strange server error end our game (twice?), rather than resigning a lost game. No problem...I resigned instead of starting again from the beginning.[:-]
