Hello, why GUPPY submarines (upgraded WW2 fleet boats) are not included in the USN?

I have seen some included in foreign navies (although many are missing).

it would be nice if the full Guppy program: Guppy I, II, Ia, fleet snorkel, IIa, Ib and III are included

They are in there for USN but will check again
