I've noticed when a button in the unit information panel to the right of the map has the focus after I've clicked on it, the arrow keys will not scroll the map, nor will the mouse wheel zoom the map. I have to click on the map to get them to function again. Is there anything that could be done about that? All the hot keys seem to work OK. Just the arrow keys and the mouse wheel don't function.

This works as intended; only when the map has the focus will it obey t pan/zoom commands. We've tried making it work while it doesn't have focus and the results have been... unpleasant.
