I am playing scenario "Lions den". I hope someone can help with some problems I am having with Mk-20 Rockeye

I don't know why I am not hitting anything, the possible targets on that scenario are artillery batteries, radars, patrol boats and structures

tried many times against artillery and no luck. Only light damage vs. the radars

Altitude was ~300 meters, speed preset at loiter. manual targeting
Anything looks wrong?

I tried that scenario last night and the Rockeye's proved to be quite useless against the patrol boats.

My other question is: how does one increase the accuracy of naval artillery? Is there a vessel speed / distance formula?

I've found that range is a factor, particularly within 50% range. The trouble with this is that you are often exposed to counter-fire in doing this. So utilizing volume of fire to get hits while staying at distance is a valid tactic.
