Dear Steve, I'm not anymore able to enter in the multiplayers Lobby, everytime I receive a request to input my serial number.
I input it but the system doesn't work and I receive another message "Unknown Command failed. Unknown error.

Please help me to fix this issue, many thanks.

Hi Stefano,

I just double-checked and this seems to be working normally. It's possible there was a problem with the server-side, so please re-try this if you haven't already.

The serial number should be 16 digits, in the format "####-####-####-####". The '-' are important. If you're still having an issue with this please contact Matrix Games support to have them check the serial number.
