I've played a few scenarios and the guns/missiles always get this penalty against aircrafts, even if the target is unaware of the attack, is this a bug?

How do you know the aircraft pilot is unaware of the attack?

The reason I ask that surprise attacks have already been included and the aircraft indeed loses the agility bonus when suffering such an attack.

i never encountered a surprice attack, i've tried a few scenarios and always the agility penalty modifies the Ph.

EDIT: Found the cause of the crash: if i delete unit: #2550 Bell 206B Jetranger the game works flawlessly-
