I'm sure I'm missing something that must be in the manual - but I'm stuck... whenever I try to allocate a reference point as relative to a TF (for CAP, etc) I get the message - "some of the highlighted reference points are locked and could not be set relative to the unit'

At first I thought there was a reference point somewhere on the map that was locked and selected that I couldn't find, but with the beta patch I am selecting 'de-select all reference points' before select the points I want, but still getting the error.

Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?

I was getting that message working with RPs in the Advanced ASW Exercise scenario. I selected every reference point on the map and then selected "Unlock Selected Ref Points" clear at the bottom of the "Missions + Ref. Points" menu at the top of the screen and I was able to continue doing what I was doing with the RP.
