I've been getting a consistent hang playing the Malvinas 1982 scenario about 30 min. into the scenario (likely about 1-2 hours scenario time because of compression).

When I load the save game, I get the "this might be a bug" screen.

Both the save game and the debug screen are in the attached zip.

I've loaded your Save a couple of times, and run it thru for a couple of hours of game time each time, ... without experiencing any issues whatsoever. [&:]

I'm using Build 441.

Stupid question time: is there a way to move from the beta's build 438 to 441?

Beta build 441 is cumulative, and includes all updates/fixes since the release version.
