Playing Malvinas 1982 I can see that when I decide to launch an aircraft, the procedure is that the plane has to be moved from hangar to the elevator up to the deck. Approx time needed is 2-3 minutes.
Is it possible to place an aircraft already on spot on the deck ready for launch in a few seconda?

Any suggestion?

You could in real life place a plane on the deck, but "ready for launch in a few seconds" also would imply a pilot strapped into it, armaments on it, pre-flight already done, etc... while this would be doable, it would quickly tire the real life aircrew AND flight deck crew out.
As far as the game, in the scenario edit mode you can make the ready time at 0:00 for a/c that are still on deck at scenario beginning these will launch in a few seconds I think from when ordered, but once they return from that first mission, they will go to normal ready times, which include the time used to bring them up to take off positions.

That beats the 'Ready 5' alert that IRL is the most likely type of deck alert.

At 7 - 9 miles a minute, the incoming raid will be no more than 35 - 45 miles closer as the a/c launch and if that is an issue, then your CAP has failed I am afraid.
