Can't sign in to PBEM++, serial number not registering. Please assist, thanks!!

choowee, the login is for Slitherine's PBEM and is unique to that system. Is the serial number test coming back with an error?

We will elevate this to Matrix.

Yes, I'm getting error 3-Serial number is non-existent. I have an active account as I was gaming other pbem++ titles as well as beta testing this one pbem++. Thanks for any assistance!

choowee is your serial from the beta or from a new purchase?

It's from new purchase, downloaded today. New clean install, uninstalled and deleted all beta files.

I don't know if it's related with the update of our ftp servers tonight. Anyway I have notified our web admins about the issue.
We will update this thread once the issue is fixed.

Retraction: it worked, I registered the serial number and user name, then when I logged in a second time, message stated that my serial number is registered to another username..............[&:]

It sounds like you accidentally created two accounts with different names and registered the serial to one and then logged in with the other.

If you can't get it working, mail support@slitherine.co.uk with your username and email address they'll work it out.

I believe your right, I made a mess of things!

I have this problem yesterday, and decide wait, today i try login and say me that i need create an account... and i am using the correct login password, i can login in Slitherine web but in the game PBEM section say me i need create a new one [&:]

EDIT: problem solved, i need register serial directly in Slitherine web [;)] try register the serial in Slitherine web looks like problem is in game, is unable to take the serial you are using correctly.

Hexagon you should not have to register your serial manually - that should happen automatically in the game. Can you let me know exactly what happened so we can check things are working as intended?

Please remember that the username and password are case sensitive. [:)]

Using the in-game panels, you can register the game's serial number in your Slitherine account or even create a new account without having to register the game manually.

I am trying to set up an account and its requesting I must create a Matrix Members Club account before I can use the serial number

any ideas how to do this? (i already have a Matrix account set up)

Two things. First, it needs to be a Slitherine PBEM++ account. This is different from the Matrix Club Account. Secondly, can you get us a screen shot or more information on where it is saying to use a Matrix Club Account?
