The AI classified a fishing boat in "First Contact-1986" as hostile. I dropped the contact.
It came up again as unknown, then it was again classified hostile.

Why ist it considered as hostile?
How can I overrule the AI and classify it as neutral?

I loaded this in the editor and looked... the scenario designer has Norway with a hostile posture toward the "neutral" side, that this fishing vessel is a part of... so it is something that the scenario designer has created, perhaps there is a reason for it... some scenario designers are sneaky lol.
