Build Redoubt issue

Either the tool tip text is wrong, or the build redoubt card option is not working correctly. The card indicates that a level 2 redoubt will be constructed, but when completed, a level 1 redoubt is the result.

Are you playing with RC4 patch?

Yes, RC4. Redoubts end up as level 1 when using the card instead of 2.

It should be level 1, the tooltip is wrong.
