When I try to login with my Matrix Member Club credentials it complains about a missing serial number, when I try "Update" the verify button brings up a message that I need to have a members account first ???? (I have one)

Also when I push update Account I always get "8 Login isn't correct".

What can I do?

You need to use the Slitherine PBEM++ account not the Matrix Club Account. This Radio dialog is wrong and has been updated.
