Has anyone out there played this game? It looks awesome, but seems to be getting zero sales. Personally I support wargames moving outside the usual WW2 focus, so a Spanish Civil War scenario looks great, but if it doesn't make sales I guess they won't make any more like it . . .

Maybe the AGEOD forum will be a little bit more active.

The AGEOD forums are the 'home' for all their games, including '36, even after the recent merger/acquisition/deal or whatever it was.

BTW if you like the look of this one, I'd strongly recommend both the titles on sale this week as week as well. Two of AGEOD's best IMHO.

I have played and love it.
I have waited more years than many of you are alive for an excellent Spanish Civil War game. This is it. It is the definitive examination of the events, personalities and possibilities of this very ugly and personal war. It is nicely done.
Wow, how skillfully does it manage the events, units and flavors of the war.
I am really enjoying play in two PBEM games.

yes - just bought - still learning but things really look good. I like to play what if historical situations. I think the best what if for the Spanish civil war is a republican win (how - maybe with French help). if they had you have to figure that after the fall of france in wwii that Vichy French troops along with a couple of german divisions would have invaded. say down the coast. seems to me that could have had a big effect on west front wwii. with the nationalist win, the germans had no way to get spain. so im going to play he republican side to see if I can win! any tips?
