I have tried using the Fraps and Bandicam programs to take screenshots and record movies from within Command Ops but have not had success.

Any suggestions on how to take a screenshot or record a movie?

The print screen key on your keyboard can be used to copy an image of the screen to the widows clipboard, where you can then paset it into an imaging editing program, like Photoshop.
I can't help you with the movie yet sorry.
I am interested in getting into making one though, so am also interested in a reply on that one, from someone in the know.
