Installing Third Party images

Can someone tell me how to get all the images installed in the proper location?
I am currently watching all of Baloogan's videos and noticed he has many more pictures for his units than I do.
I have downloaded "DB Images 130510" and installed it to "C:\Matrix Games\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Images
Now there are two Directories in this folder "CWDB" and "DB3000" with images in them
The images that Baloogan has that I don't have are F-16's and F-18's and RQ-4B Global Hawks
and many more aircraft.
