A falcon 4.0 type of scenario ... N.Korea/China vs S.Korea/Allies set in the same time period when the original falcon 4.0 was released.

Operation Tiger Spirit. Starting in the early 1990s with North Korean forces invading the Southern Republic of Korea. The United States deploys extensive support to the South, including military aircraft, armored forces and naval vessels. The war plays out depending on certain actions, potentially involving China and Russia.

Nice idea, but it might be a bit too big, and an awful lot to script.
