no group orders?

saw this mentioned in another thread but cant find it now. was playing time to dance with limited staff orders and tried to group 4 units, the HQ and its subordinates. got a pop up saying no group orders were allowed since I was using limited staff option. is this working correctly? thanks.

That is correct. You cannot give group orders when the limit orders rule is in effect.

bah [:@] any chance of getting this reworked? such as a group of 4 ordered to move two waypoints will take 8 orders? so how would a planned assault work? how can I gurantee that my units will arrive within a reasonable time of each other? even a few minutes can a make a difference if units arrive late. thanks.

You can use the waypoint editor to adjust the time so that they should move together
